Cancellation Policy

## End of billing period You may schedule cancellation for the end of the current paid billing period. The service remains available until the displayed renewal date, will not be renewed, and will then be terminated by the service automation. ## Immediate termination You may request immediate termination. Access may end immediately and provider resources may be deleted. Immediate termination does not automatically issue a prorated refund. ## Pending billing When a cancellation is accepted, an unpaid pending renewal for the canceled period is voided. A payment that has already settled must be reviewed under the Refund Policy. ## Cancellation failures If a provider cannot complete termination, the service may be returned to its prior state while the issue is reviewed. Contact support if the service remains in a cancellation state.
